Lazy Sunday

We had such a busy(but fun) Saturday in the cities, and we came home so late, that we decided to be "Bedside Baptists" and stay home from church yesterday. It was nice not to have to get up and hurry around. The snow that was falling definitely added to the not wanting to leave. The guys played outside for awhile.
We didn't do much of anything, ate nachos for lunch and the guys and Callie napped while I read a book. When they woke up we ate snacks for supper and watched as a family the Charlie Brown Christmas covered up with blankets on the couch. It was a nice relaxing day.

I'm thinking of taking a short break from blogging. There are TONS of things I'd like to do or projects I'd like to work on, but I don't end up ever doing them b/c I don't really get enough time to do them, so I end up blogging or looking at blogs instead. I'm thinking a break from it would be refreshing. I'd also love any input from those of you who read this for a fun, creative and inexpensive hobby that I could take up. I can't say that I have one right now, and hobbies are the kind of thing that winter-haters like me need.

Ta Ta for now!

I understand your break from blogging. You might find that you miss it ... or don't at all.

I've taken up knitting again as far as hobbies go. But reading is probably the cheapest and most fun hobby that can be put away easily too.

I agree with the bloggin' break .. winter just gets me all Blah.

And who wants to read Blah?

Charlie Brown's teacher, that's who. And I don't know her. So that leaves no one.

Oh, by the way .. Tell Brent thanksSOmuch for showing Kelly his beard. Combine his beards awesomeness with all the facial haired guys he now works with, my hubs is feeling like a baby-face. And has decided to grow a field of hair on his face too. =-)

KayLynn has started wiping his kiss off .. cause he's prickly. LOL

What?!? Blogging is not a hobby? I always considered checking your blog a hobby of mine! :) hehe
I'm thinking of making my own cookbook--of combining all the recipes I use all the time into one resource. I'll hopefully find time to go a step further and write up standard grocery lists/combine those recipes into weeks worth of meals, etc... feel free to join the fun! :)
